Eudora 5 is one of many POP3/IMAP email clients available for the Mac OS. The basic setup instruction to work with email here are listed for you to use this email client.

From the Special menu, choose Settings... In the Settings, complete the following:

Getting Started

Username: Your Email Username
Mail Server: yoursite.com
Real Name: Your Name
SMTP Server: yoursite.com
Return Address: Your Email Address

Checking Mail

Mail Protocol: POP
Authentication: Passwords

Sending Mail

Allow Authorization: Checked
Click OK

Congratulations, you've now setup Eudora 5 to use your email account. Repeat the above steps to setup further email accounts.

*After completing these steps you should be able to send and receive email via this account. If you can't send emails that means your ISP is most likely blocking your Outgoing Mail server port 25 (default). You can change that port to 26 if you have Linux hosting with us or to port 465 if you have Windows hosting with us.
