I get this error when sending email: "553 that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts"

That's our server saying you do not have permission to send email through it. To stop the server being used for spam you can only send email if you identify yourself to the server by collecting email first.

As a security measure, our mail servers require that you first authenticate with the server before sending any email.  You do this by simply checking your email (performing a mail receive) in your email software at least 20 minutes before attempting to send mail.  This will then allow you to send mail.
