What is the difference between a web host (IPP) and an ISP?
An ISP (Internet Service Provider) is a company that provides internet access via dialup and broadband connections. An IPP (Internet Presence Provider) or more commonly know as a Web Hosting Company provides the servers which websites are kept, maintained and served from.
